When user tries to make a "new from" order from a existing and completed order in MetaSolv, the services associated to this cannot be copied in the new order. This happens with only few orders. There is no specific pattern for this.
Steps which the user took when this issue is seen :
1. Select service request search for orders that are flag finished
2 Once the order appear, Right click and select the option NEW FROM
3. Note that the services associated to the original order does not appear in the new from menu
