Existing DEPOT_TWs Disappeared And 'Cannot Remove The Only Time Window' Error Corrected with Max Volume Workaround

Symptoms
No slots were being returned to the website from around midday to around 3.30pm on January 24. Error messages were showing in the client saying 'DEPOT 6401-DIST-20111221-1: Cannot remove the only time window'. Deliveries were being scheduled weeks after their slot and showing as belonging to the correct shift but the shift had gone into weeks of overtime. Store had been operating normally up to this point and suddenly developed the fault. The problem was corrected after adjusting the Max. Vol. in the Depot Time Window to a new value.These conditions were noted with the follow log examples:
