Goal


In TMS 4.6.4, when a term is associated with an unanswerable action in TMS, the first occurrence of the term is processed by BV without problems - discrepancy/omission is created and action is applied.

However, any subsequent occurrence of this term in the document no longer creates a discrepancy/omission and the action is not applied.
