Symptoms

Sometimes the AS (Application Server) that is based on OCCAS4 side replies with "500 Server Internal Error" message when two INFO messages are received from the OCSB (Oracle Communications Service Broker).

Example:

In trace capture, we can sees that 3 INFO messages come after each other without waiting for the 200OK and also CSeq is not on the right order:

OCSB                                                                                             AS
                 Request: INFO - CSeq: 4 INFO (No.18)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
                Request: INFO - CSeq: 3 INFO (No.19)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
                Request: INFO - CSeq: 5 INFO (No.20)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
             Status: 200 OK INFO - CSeq: 4 INFO (No.21)
<---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Status: 500 Server Internal Error - CSeq: 3 INFO (No.22)
<---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
             Status: 200 OK INFO - CSeq: 5 INFO (No.23)
<---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- The CSeq for the INFO are:
CSeq: 4 INFO – for example, message 18
CSeq: 3 INFO – for example, message 19
CSeq: 5 INFO – for example, message 20
- The CSeq for the responses are:
CSeq: 4 INFO = 200 OK – for example, message 21
CSeq: 3 INFO = 500 Server Internal Error – for example, message 22
CSeq: 5 INFO = 200 OK – for example, message 23

This causes the AS to reply with "500 Server Internal Error" message to the second INFO message.
