Removal of Unicast Addresses From Coherence Configuration Fails (Doc ID 1400429.1)

Symptoms

It is unable to remove Unicast addresses from coherence configuration.

Steps to remove the Unicast addresses (in two ways):

1. Brought up servers: SSU and PN
    Connected to JConsole
    Added Unicast addresses both in SSU and PN.
    Then removed Unicast address by passing correct index. (Works with and without lock       
    and commit in admin console)
    Connect again/refresh with JConsole to see if the changes were persisted? Result: no, the   
    Unicast adresses are there.

2. Added Unicast addresses.
    Restarted servers.
    In JConsole removed Unicast addresses - Then got removed successfully.
    Now restarted the servers again.
    Connect again/refresh with JConsole to see if the changes were persisted? Result: no, the   
    Unicast adresses are there.
