Scheduled archives not loading from reports directory and not showing up in Configuration Management UI (Doc ID 1400543.1)

The customer was having an issue with configuration management. Although ad-hoc archives would run ok, scheduled ones were not.

The customers <IPSA HOME>/AuditTrails/reports directory was filled up with file produced by the CM schedules (usually named something like "scheduled_backup*"). Normally these files are deleted after they are loaded into the CM database.

Also we saw a great deal of messages like this in the networkprocessor.log:

20120104-065046|543|INFO|ConfigMgmtScheduleEngine_QuartzSchedulerThread||||proxy_np|LAB-Oracle-01|Trigger 35000.backup_jakarta_162626 misfired job group1.group1  at:  06:50:46 01/04/2012.  Should have fired at:  16:15:00 12/23/2011
