Goal

In a customer's production 7.3.1 system, below issue was observed :

As and when a customer complaints about not being able to connect to his data service, even though there is enough non-currency balance (like Free MB) and zero currency balance, we used to cross check the available balances of currency & non-currency and any reservation active objects persisting on the account. Based on few reported cases following is a key observation made on this issue :

Let's assume customer subscribed a plan that has usage product which charges 0.0032 / MB and add-on product is also purchased which gives 500 MB free.

The /purchased_product for usage is already available in TIMOS cache. However, the add-on product was purchased during the TIMOS restart period, so when we check this purchased product in TIMOS cache, it's not available but same is available in database.

The purchased product residency type is 5. We would like to know if there is any issue if product is purchased during TIMOS restart and this would result in the TIMOS cache not getting updated.
