Proxy server error 'No suitable device driver found' blocks configuration pushes

Symptoms
The proxy server raises the error "No suitable device driver found" when there is a driver script it cannot find a driver for. This can cause a block on configuration of other drivers under the same proxy. For example on a proxy that has only a juniper device driver, if there is a cisco driver script present the user may see "No suitable device driver found (cisco)". In some cases a driver script may have mistakenly been created for a device type that is not supported by the proxy, for example Cisco IOS XR devices, in which cause you will see "No suitable device driver found (iosxr)"
