Symptoms

During removal of patch 98909 on the Service Management System (SMS) server, the following unconfigure script has to be run to rollback the database changes:

Attempt to uninstall patch 98909 from the Service Management System (SMS) server. This error is triggered by the migration rollback scripts and should not happen outside migration and/or upgrade activities.
