Symptoms

Content update is failing with Connection reset error. Log indicates the following exception:

761 Downloader-0(71)] Event(Code=DOCUMENT_ACCESS_FAILED, id=#1C7829B82) occurred at 1/27/12 7:50 PM: Unable to access to document im:<repositoryname>/<channelname>/<liveorstaging>/xxxxxxxxx/78GTHST6725B67R8930284883H7133 in collection <collectionname>. Cause: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
