Symptoms

Expect the earliest wip jobs for supply be pegged to the higher priority demands.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run ECC Constrained plan with detailed scheduling

  2. Review pegging of demands/supplies vs demand priority

  3. See earlier wip jobs pegged to later priority demands when they should satisfy earlier priority demands
