Symptoms

When attempting to login to the Workspace, the following error occurs.

Error
"Files cannot be transferred: max no of attempts exceeded"

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure MCAD connector
2. Login to Workspace
3. Error
