KPIs are Not Showing on the CDI Map (Doc ID 1408958.1)

Symptoms

When an activity associated with a KPI is displayed on the CDI map, it is not displayed with the correct icon. Instead of showing with a "KPI icon", the activity is showing with a "Dispatched" icon.
