Can not start up Tomcat. Collaborator Workbech URL gave HTTP Status 404 - The requested resource () is not available (Doc ID 1409644.1)

On : 7.2 version, Technical

When attempting to startup Tomcat after trying to redirect the demantra application to another schema
the following error occurs when trying to open Collaborator Workbench page:

Apache Tomcat/6.0.20 - Error report

HTTP Status 404

The requested resource () is not available

The following error message shows up in Tomcat logs:

SEVERE: Error starting static Resources
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base D:\demantra7.2\Collaborator\demantra does not exist or is not a readable directory

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. changing demantra schema
2. startup the Tomcat
