Symptoms

Auto Ranging at Receiving location is not happening for transfers for the transfer type "MR".

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create a transfer using the XTSF interface.
2. From location and To location are Warehouses.
3. Type of transfer is 'MR'
4. Item doesn't exist on the To location.
