Symptoms

USer has upgraded OSM from 6.3.1 to 7.0.2 and when they are running work orders with a Delay Task they are receiving the following DB error:
ORA-06512: at "ORDERMGMT.OM_WF_API", line 5779
ORA-06512: at "ORDERMGMT.OM_WF_API", line 4287
