MSCPLD Error On Table Msc.Msc_demands - Ora-01861: Literal Does Not Match Format String (Doc ID 1413449.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run an ASCP  plan, the Loader Worker With Direct Load Option ends with
the following errors:

ERROR

value used for ROWS parameter changed from 1000 to 40
Record 13: Rejected - Error on table MSC.MSC_DEMANDS, column USING_ASSEMBLY_DEMAND_DATE.
ORA-01861: literal does not match format string


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create ASCP Production Plan
2) In Plan Options, Organizations Tab enable item aggregation on weekly buckets
3) Launch ASCP Plan
4) Concurrent Request MSCPLD terminates in error
