 Mechanism for validating username /password for Customer Center.


The standard mechanism to handle CSR password expiration is as described in the BRM documentation: the Customer Center displays a screen directing the CSR to contact a system administrator for a new password. You can change this behavior to allow CSRs to select and enter their own new password by changing the change.expired.password entry in the file.
