Symptoms

 

Users are running and ASCP plan.  However it's failing in MSCNSPWA64 module: Memory Based Snapshot 64 bit AIX fails with:

Cause: main failed due to ORA-20100: Error: FND_FILE failure. Unable to create file, o0260310.tmp in the directory, /tmp.    <<< key information - cannot write the temp file to the directory - ran out of disc space allocation in /tmp directory  <<<
