MDN Status is Not Getting Updated in Bulk Transmit Screen for Outbound E2B Reports After the Cyclone Upgrade (Doc ID 1415174.1)

EDI (Cyclone) gateway has been upgraded from 5.5.2 to 5.7.1 SP10, as 5.7 is latest certified version for Argus 5.x. We are not receiving MDN status in Bulk Transmit screen for outbound E2B after the upgrade. ESMStatusCheck log file indicates "Error Function Update_EDI_Info : Message Id not found in MESSAGEEVENTSNAPSHOTS Table for Tracking". ArgusRouter.jar file and events.xml filters have been configured correctly and entries are being created in the RELSYSARGUS table.
