BOM Redline Is Not Saved After BOM Import (Doc ID 1415178.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

See behavior like below:
- After importing Changes into Agile the Redlines seem to be successful, yet after waiting a few minutes all the Redlines disappear.
- Import huge BOM, and unable to see BOM redline added.

Expected Behavior

BOM Redline to be added successfully through Import

Facts

- Application Server is running on Weblogic Server
- Happens for huge BOM only
- Can manually redline BOM

Steps

  1. Login to Web Client as admin user
  2. Import BOM item in Redline mode
  3. Wait for Import to complete
  4. Open Change used for Redline
  5. Goto Affected Items tab
  6. Check BOM. Do not see redline on the BOM where it should have been redlined by Import
