RDW Batches Fail With Database Connection Error: "IO Error: Connection Reset" When They Are Scheduled in Parallel (Doc ID 1415233.1)

Symptoms

With RDW 13.1/RETL 13.1 and DB 11.2.0.2, the batches fail with the below error when they are scheduled in parallel:

 Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.5 (Tikanga);
2. Install Oracle Database 11.2.0.2.0;
3. Install Oracle Retail Data Warehouse 13.1.3;
4. Execute Batch.
