MSS Alocating VLAN Outside of Defined Range in Custom Attributes (Doc ID 1415323.1)

VLAN ID automated process when a Hard Connection is Added.


Symptoms

MSS informs user with a message saying the new ID generated is out of range of values defined in the respective Customer Attribute (CA) range of values:

Message:

For circuit XXXXXXXXXXX
Newly generated  YYYY value 0 was out of range {nnnn - pppp}.
Hence it has been reset to null. Please correct it
