RIB RDMT Is Not Updating The RMS Supplier Tables While Subscribing To External Vendor Family Messages (Doc ID 1415494.1)

Externally created "Vendor Family" messages are not being processed to Retail Merchandising System (RMS) through Retail Integration Bus (RIB) Diagnostic and Monitoring Tool Kit (RDMT). Basically the issue is that, when subscribed, data is not being updated into RMS Supplier tables.

From the log file, message was shown as successfully processed, but it's not updating the RMS table SUPS and also not writing out to Error Hospital. Also no error was shown in the log files.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Subscribe  externally created "Vendor" Family messages  to RMS through RIB RDMT via etEXTVendor topic.
  2. Check the entries in the Vendor
    Subscriber log file.2012-02-13 16:17:13,460 [WorkExecutorWorkerThread-21] INFO com.retek.rib.collab.general.CLOBSubscriberComponentImpl - API result: [S] 2012-02-13 16:17:13,460 [WorkExecutorWorkerThread-21] DEBUG com.retek.rib.collab.general.DefaultAdaptorComponentImpl - end success? true  
    The above entries were shown  saying that the message is successfully consumed by RMS.
  3. Check in RMS SUPS table and find that the data is not updated / inserted at all.
