ccsVWARSPeriodicCharge Generates an Error if the Subscriber Has No Profile Created

Symptoms

This KM will explain how to solve error message generated by the ccsVWARSPeriodicCharge in the following scenario:

1. Create a Periodic Charge with "Activating Subscribers" option checked (Service -> Wallet Management -> Periodic Charges)

2. Create an account via ccsAccount. 

ccsAccount enables generation of large numbers of Charging Control Services (CCS) Subscribers and Wallets by batch. This is a good way to create thousands of Subscribers and Wallets with minimal effort.
