Purpose
The goal of Oracle Primavera Support is to provide exceptional service to all of our customers. However the time and planning required to successfully complete installations and upgrades does not allow Support staff to walk customers through installation and upgrades of P6 software.
Scope
Customers planning to create or upgrade a P6 EPPM or P6 Professional installation.
