Details

The goal of Oracle Primavera support is to provide exceptional service to all of our customers. However the time and planning required for successfully completing installations and upgrades does not allow support staff to walk customers through installation and upgrades of P6 software.

Oracle Primavera support engineers are available to assist customers with resolving installation, configuration or upgrade issues or to answer specific questions you may have regarding your P6 implementation planning.

For customers requiring installation consulting assistance or product training, Oracle Partners are available to assist for a fee. To find an Oracle Partner in your location, please perform a search at the Oracle Partner Network website.


Likewise, service requests related to installation or upgrade issues for any integrated software platforms such as Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle BPM and Oracle Universal Content Manager (OUCM) need to be logged with the respective support groups for those products. (For your convenience, please see the Note box at bottom of this article for documentation links for these products.) Once installed, P6 engineers can assist issues or questions related to the integration of P6 with those products.
