GRCI 2.0.1 with GRCM Issues Requiring Remediation Report Not Working On Spanish Language

Symptoms

On the “Issues Requiring Remediation” report noticed that the fields ”Remediation Required Issue Count” and “Remediation Not Required Issue Count” are not working properly when the user is logged on using Spanish language.

1. Log in to GRCI and go to Issues dashboard > Activities tab
2. Review the Issue Requiring Remediation report with the English locale
3. On Test there are 9 Process and 3 Assessment for total Issue count.

The report is not showing the 'Remediation Required Issue Count' and 'Remediation Not Required Issue Count'


Switch the report from 'Chart' to 'Table' and the values for 'Remediation Required Issue Count' and 'Remediation Not Required Issue Count' are all zero.
Look at the Column Formula 'Remediation Required Issue Count':

Sum(Case when Issue. "Requires Remediation"='True' then 1 Else 0 End)


It is CASE SENSITIVE so the value has to be TRUE if we were to use this localized value.  Also TRUE could be other values in different languages.

4. Go to Settings > My Account > Change the 'User Interface Language' to be Espanol > Finished
5. There are still 9 process and 3 Assessment for Total Issue count.

The report is still not showing the 'Remediation Required Issue Count' and 'Remediation Not Required Issue Count'


Switch the report from 'Chart' to 'Table' and the values for 'Remediation Required Issue Count' and 'Remediation Not Required Issue Count' are all zero.
