Goal

Quick help link displaying the following text "_QuickHelp %>" instead of just Quick Help on the ViewTestCoversCG page.  The link "_QuickHelp %>" does not take you to the quick help page.

Steps to Reproduce:
================
1. Log into GRC Manager
2. Go to Audit Testing tray
3. Open any option
4. Review the Quick help link in the upper right side of the page.

The link "_QuickHelp %>" does not take you to the quick help page.  How can this link be edited?
