Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 2.1.4.4 version,
When attempting to submit a PL/SQL program,
the following error occurs:
ERROR

The job status is set to "Failure" with the Error Message "-1918 ORA-01918: user 'ZZ_CDR_SI_<ID>' does not exist::2:"
The job log file is including the following error messages:
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit a PL/SQL program.
2. Verify the submitted job status.
