In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), when creating a Database Extract, how can you include a Misdate parameter in the Filter of the extract?

For example, you want to use a Filter to select rows from LEDGER_STAT where YEAR_S equals the year portion of the MIS Date.  How do you add the MIS Date to the Filter when it is not listed in the Filter section of the Expressions screen?
