Purpose
We have installed BRM 7.4 and for integration with Siebel and OSM we need to install 2.1 Comms Agent Assisted Billing Care.
The Comms Agent Assisted Billing Care: SBL CRM - BRM Pre-Built Integration requires:
Siebel CRM 8.1.1.x FP with ACR 474
BRM 7.4 PS10 (patch 12560436)
ODI 11.1.1.5 plus patch 12837214
