Cannot view psub log files using sftp file viewing protocol. (Doc ID 1419894.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 28, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Clinical - Version 4.6.2 to 4.6.6 [Release 4.6.2 to 4.6.6]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For completed PSUB jobs, when you click on the view log or view output buttons, the result is "file not found". When you click the view log button you can see the path on application server which is (for example) h:\opapps46\temp\l162_ali__temp.log, but the file is not created in this folder.

There are some *.key files there in the folder, which translate the *.log file because the popup link when you click the view log button is (again for example): http://servername.com:7777/olsa/ocrdcclassic/viewfile?key=l162_ali__templog3555_1637259834.

The log file is created successfully on the DB server in e.g. /home/ali/log/l127.log and can be viewed on the database server.
