Invalid Creation Date and Time for Activities in MWM (Doc ID 1420154.1)

Symptoms

When an activity is created, the creation date/time that we see in the portals is always an hour earlier than local time.

For example, check the creation date/time on the activity page and it is a hour behind the actual time the activity was created. Activity creation time was 9:15:28, the real local time was 10:15:28.
