BRM Upgrade: 'pin_cycle_fees -cancel' Not Working (Doc ID 1423076.1)

The user is running pin_cycle_fees as part of the daily job to cancel all the expired products.

pin_cycle_fees -cancel utility is failing and the following error is thrown:

Looks like after running the utility, the product is getting canceled, in spite of the above error being thrown.
