Bill Display In Customer Center Is Limited To 6 By Default (Doc ID 1423126.1)

The bill display in Customer Center is limited to 6 by default. This default value is hard coded in the Customer Center. We would like to change the value manually so that the bill search options will be applied to each account.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create an account with some services and products
2.  Generate 12 bills
3.  Go to "balance" tab in Customer Center
4.  Customer Center will display only 6 bills
