Demantra CTO Demand types

In CTO data upload we have the demand types of Base Model, Option Class, and Options. We have the Bills where there are ATO Models under ATO model. What would be the Demand Type for those ATO Models that are child to the ATO model?

Planning Percentage and Dependent Demand

Where i can see the standard calculation for both planning percentage and dependent demand?
