RPM and RMS Creates high DEAL_IDs for new Deals (Doc ID 1424153.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) as well as Oracle Retail Merchandising System(RMS) creates high DEAL_IDs for new deals.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create New Promotion/Promotion component in RPM
  2. Add items to the promotion (all with same supplier)
  3. Add supplier to the funding tab, and select "create deals"
  4. Approve the promotion.
  5. When the promotion is active, load sales for the items.
  6. Verify that the sales are tracked in DEAL_ACTUALS_ITEM_LOC and TEMP_TRAN_DATA tables.
  7. Move VDATE to the next invoice date.
  8. Run dealday and dealfct with appropriate prepost jobs.
  9. Run VENDINVC PRE
  10. Run VENDINVC.
  11. Run COMPLEX_DEAL_UPLOAD.
