For Oracle Financial Services Profitability Analytics (PFTBI) or Asset Liability Management Analytics (ALMBI), you are running the SCD (Slowly Changing Dimension) process against a dimension that has a large quantity of members.  For example, the dimension may have more than 1 million members defined.  The SCD process is running very slow and is taking a very long time to process.  There appears to be a performance issue with the SCD.

You need to the SCD to run faster to populate tables like DIM_PRODUCT, DIM_ORG_UNIT, DIM_CUSTOMER, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Operations > Batch Maintenance
2. Create a new Batch
3. Add a new Task to the batch with the following:

Executable: scd,-1
Wait: N
Batch Parameter: Y

The batch takes a very long time to complete.
