Symptoms

When attempting to import a XLS file to update the activity relationships, the following error is received:

Executable: PM.exe
Application: Primavera P6 Project Management
Event Code: AVAA0-3199-D
Message:
Access violation at address 011954BE in module 'PM.exe'.
Read of address 00000000

The error message may be different, this depends on the total number of incorrect records.
If there are less records in Excel file then it may return the Act ID that caused this problem.
