Transfers created externally through the RMSSUB_XTSF package come with the physical warehouse in the FROM_LOC field. In the creation, the quantities are updated correctly. When approving the reserved quantities are also okay. However, when running the program Tsfclose.pc, it changes the status of the transfer to D, updating correctly the header, but it does not decrease the quantities in the TSF_RESERVED_QTY of the ITEM_LOC_SOH table.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive an externally generated transfer with "from location" as physical warehouse.
2. According to the parameter on UNIT_OPTIONS.WSS_AUTO_CLOSE_DAYS, run batch Tsfclose.pc after the auto close period is reached.
3. The transfer is closed, but the quantities of the item remain on TSF_RESERVED_QTY.
