Symptoms
During e2b import the value for DATA in ESM_IMPORT_DATA for field_id=3050007 (generic name) is being repeated multiple times which makes the case unacceptable to Argus Safety.
The symptoms of this behavior can range from being unable to view cases in the E2B Pending module to being unable to accept an imported file.
