When they encounter object specific errors they create to do entries (creation background process is populated on todo type).
The issue is that, if the object error is not corrected during the following day, the next batch runs create duplicate to do entries for the same data (example for the same account) instead of keeping the same todo entry open or instead of closing the first to do entry and openning a second one.
The business consequence is duplicated data in the system and end users work overload.
