Installing and running Internet Name and Address Management as non-root (Doc ID 1429504.1)

The user needs to install and run Internet naming and address management (formerly Policy Services) as a non-root user. There are certain components which may be necessary to install as root however the main GUI components can be installed this way.

In all cases the user should always refer to the official installation guide using this note as a supplemental source of reference
