After ASAP 7.0 Efix10 Upgrade, Orders Did Not Progress Until NEP Was Restarted (Doc ID 1430233.1)

The ASAP system was upgraded to ASAP 7 Efix 10 (7.0.0 Build 131). There were only 4 work orders in the system and they were not progressing as all devices to the NE were bound. However, after a restart of NEP, those orders started to progress.
