Symptoms

Some of the mandatory parameters in SDP body are not included when we send SIP SDP.

When IM-SCF creates a SIP message, it includes a pseudo SDP element.
Currently not all of the mandatory elements of the SDP are included.
A new IM-SCF configuration will allow adding which ever desired SDP,
and in particular the following should be included, with the following values:

But, other row may be require later.
The new configuration row should not override row IM-SCF already included.
All rows created by IM-SCF should not be change.
