Scheduler Allocates Activity To Planed Crewshift When "In Service" Crewshift Is Available (Doc ID 1430646.1)

1. Create a first crewshift and plan it
2. Create a second crewshift and plan it
3. Connect a mobile to second crewshift and go “In Service”
4. Create an activity with capabilities to be allocated to first or second crewshift
5. The scheduler has allocated the activity on planned crewshift rather than the crewshift that is in service. We expect that the activity be allocated to the shift in service.  Is this correct?
