Originator/Change Analyst Names Not Showing In Searches and/or Reports; Error 'No Privilege' (Doc ID 1431074.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.1.2 version, Standard reports

When attempting to search for Items, the following error occurs on the User related columns.

ERROR
-----------------------

"No Privilege"


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Object Search -- Changes { Cover Page.Number Starts With [?] And Cover Page.Status In ($STATUSTYPE.RELEASED) And Cover Page.Date Originated Greater Than or Equal To [?] }
2. Include in the output fields: Originator, Change Analyst, and Component Engineer.
3. The results will include some names, but many of the entries in the 3 columns named above will contain "No Privilege".
4. Open those Changes. All fields are visible
