After Upgrading to NCC 4.4.1, Parameters in Dynamic Notifications Are Not Formatted Properly (Doc ID 1431174.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 06, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version: 4.4.1 and later   [Release: 4.4 and later ]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The variable parts coming from CCS in notifications are not displayed properly after the migration to NCC 4.4.1

For example, the following template:

Your 'cash' account has been successfully recharged. The new balance is: $3.

Is returning a message like:

Your 'cash' account has been successfully recharged. The new balance is: 'cash': 46.00 valid for -4206376 days.

Where it should be something like:

Your 'cash' account has been successfully recharged. The new balance is: 'cash': 46.00 valid for 30 days
