CCB CUSTOMER CARE and BILLING V2.3.1 - Index Missing On CI_SEV_PROC Table (Doc ID 1431632.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The system performs full table scan executing the following SQL statement:

SELECT SEV_PROC_ID
FROM CI_SEV_PROC
WHERE COLL_PROC_ID = :1 AND EVT_SEQ = :2

It has been determined that an index is missing on the CI_SEV_PROC table.

Index should be on 2 columns:
COLL_PROC_ID
EVT_SEQ
