APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread: ORA-01476 Error (Doc ID 1431720.1)

Symptoms

In an R12.1.3 Production Instance (Centralized APS Environment):

When running 'Planning Data Collection', the 'APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread' completes with the following errors in the log file:

07-MAR 06:36:14 : Database Version: 11.2.0.1.0
07-MAR 06:36:14 : single refresh, fast
07-MAR 06:36:56 : Error in refresh snapshot program : ORA-12008: error in materialized view refresh path
ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

07-MAR 06:36:56 : Error refreshing individual snapshot : APPS.WIP_WREQ_OPRS_SN
07-MAR 06:36:56 : Error : ORA-12008: error in materialized view refresh path
ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
